dc.description.abstract |
—Changing techniques of driving frequency, voltage
amplitude, phase difference between two phase voltages are
used in speed control of ultrasonic motors. In this study,
required simulation has been achieved with MATLAB7
SIMULINK using driving frequency and phase difference.
Used equivalent circuit is formed combining stator and rotor,
and convenience is controlled by comparing with the
information of producing firm. Simulation model is a complete
model which is achieved by adding both stator and rotor
parameters, and stator and rotor friction losts. In simulation
results, influence of phase voltages amplitude and fixing the
phase differences between them on travelling wave ultrasonic
motor are presented |
