Asur ticaret kolonileri çağında tekstil ürünleri ve ticareti

Abstract

Asur Ticaret Kolonileri olarak bilinen dönemde Asurlu tüccarlar, Anadolu’da geniş çapta ticari faaliyetlerde bulunmuşlardır. İşte bu süreçte tüccarlar, Anadolu’nun yazılı devirlerini başlatmakla kalmayıp aynı zamanda bölgedeki sosyal ve iktisadi hayatı da etkilemişlerdir. Onlardan kalan çivi yazılı belgeler sayesinde dönemin sosyal, iktisadi ve az da olsa siyasi hayatı hakkında bilgi sahibi olunabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, yazılı belgeler ve çeşitli kaynaklar ışığında, Asur Ticaret Kolonileri Çağı olarak bilinen, Anadolu’nun ilk yazılı döneminde, tekstil ürünlerinin çeşitleri, yapıları, renkleri, kaliteleri ve bu ürünlerin ticareti incelenmiştir. İçindekiler bölümünde de görüleceği üzere, işlenen konular, Asur Ticaret Kolonileri döneminin dokuma ürünleri ve bunların ticareti olmak üzere iki bölümde toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın giriş kısmında dokumanın ne olduğu, nasıl başladığı, Anadolu’da ne zaman yayılmaya başladığı ve aynı zamanda MÖ 2000’lere gelindiğinde tüccarların buradaki faaliyetlerinden kısmen bahsedilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, Asurlu tüccarların Anadolu’ya gelişinden ve kumaşların Anadolu’ya taşınmasından bahsedilerek, ithal ve ihraç edilen kumaşlar ayrı ayrı ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca ticareti yapılan bu kumaşların renkleri, kaliteleri ve onları tanımlayan sıfatlar anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise, Asurlu tüccarların yerel yetkililerle olan münasebetlerinde tekstil ürünlerinin rolü ve kadınların kumaş ticaretindeki faaliyetleri ele alınmıştır. Buna ek olarak, tekstil ticareti yapılan şehirler, yün ve yün ticareti, kumaşların fiyatları teker iii teker ele alınarak, bu kumaşlardan alınan vergi türleri ve vergilerini ödemek istemeyen tüccarların yaptıkları kaçakçılık faaliyetleri incelenmiştir.

In the period known as Assyrian Trade Colonies Assyrian merchants have carried out a wide range of commercial activities in Anatolia. In this process, the merchants not only started the written periods of Anatolia, but also affected the social and economic life in the region. The cuneiformdocuments from the Assyrian merchants make it possible to have information about the social, economic and political life of the period. In this study, the types, structures, colours, quality of the textile products belonging to the first written period of Anatolia, known as Assyrian Trade Colonies Age, and the trade documents and various sources of these products were examined.As will be seen in the table of contents, the subjects covered in the study are gathered in two parts as the weaving products of the Assyrian Trade Colonies period and their trade. In the introduction part of the work, it is explained what the weaving is, how it started and when it started spreading in Anatolia.At the same time, the activities of the merchants were mentioned partly in 2000 BC. In the first chapter, imported and exported fabrics were examined separately by mentioning the arrival of Assyrian merchants to Anatolia and the transfer of fabrics to Anatolia. In addition, the colours, qualities and adjectives describing these fabrics are explained. In the second part, the role of textile products in the relations of Assyrian traders with the local authoritiesand women's activities in the fabric trade are discussed.Later on, the cities where textile trade is made, wool and wool trade, the prices of the fabrics were examined one by one and the trafficking activities of the traders who did not want to pay taxes were examined.
