Diriliş Düşüncesinde Millet Kavramına Sosyolojik Açıdan Bir Bakış

Abstract

The society in which a person was born and raised determines his fate. Cities are like people, people are like cities. Every society has its own fashion. Cities are the places where civilizations have been blossomed and perpetuated. In his evolution of worldview and the development of his understanding of nation, the cities where Karakoc lived had a huge impact. The cities where he spent the initial phases of his life had an important impact on his thiuhhts. Sezai Karakoç brought many of his many of his thoughts to life with the impact of the cities where he was born and schooled at Kahramanmaraş and Gaziantep are the cities where the basics of his thoughts were founded: these thoughts also constituted the foundations of his understanding of civilization. Diyarbakır, where he was born, Kahramanmaraş, where he passed his secondary school years, and Gaziantep, where he he finished his high school, are like the gist of his life. Sezai Karakoç is one of the best thinkers who gave an ear to the voices coming from these cities. In this work, his thoughts have been dealt with from past to the future by examining the formation of the idea of nation in his thoughts on the basis of these three cities. A perspective has been tried to develop starting from cities to thoughts and from thoughts back to cities. In the light of these information, a sociological perspective has been tried to put forward about the notion of nation in the thought of Sezai Karakoç. Keywords:

İnsanın doğup büyüdüğü toplum onun kaderini yoğurur. Şehirler insanlara, insanlar şehirlere benzer. Her toplumun kendine ait çizgileri vardır. Şehirler medeniyetin kurulduğu ve yaşatıldığı yerlerdir. Sezai Karakoç’un dünya görüşünün şekillenmesinde ve millet anlayışının gelişmesinde yaşadığı şehirlerin rolü büyüktür. Hayatının ilk evresini geçirdiği şehirler O’nun düşüncelerinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Sezai Karakoç, çoğu düşüncesini doğduğu ve eğitim gördüğü şehirlerin etkisiyle kurgulamıştır. Güneydoğu Anadolu’da üç şehir, Diyarbakır, Kahramanmaraş ve Gaziantep, onun düşünce temellerinin atıldığı yerdir; aynı zamanda medeniyet ufkunun temellerini oluşturur. Doğduğu şehir Diyarbakır, ortaokul yıllarını geçirdiği Kahramanmaraş ve liseyi tamamladığı Gaziantep Karakoç’un hayat kitabının önsözü gibidirler. Sezai Karakoç bu üç ilin tarihten gelen sesine en iyi kulak veren düşünürlerden birisidir. Bu çalışmada Sezai Karakoç’un düşüncesinde millet kavramının oluşmasında üç şehir temele alınarak ve irdeleme konusu yapılarak, geçmişten geleceğe doğru hayatı ve düşünceleri incelenmiştir. Şehirlerden yola çıkılarak düşüncelere, düşüncelerden yola çıkarak yeniden şehirlere doğru uzanan bir bakış geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tüm bu veriler ışığında Sezai Karakoç’un eserlerinden yola çıkarak diriliş düşüncesinde millet kavramına yönelik sosyolojik bir bakış ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.
