Türkçe Ders Kitaplarındaki (7.-8. Sınıflar) Manzum Metinlerin Metin Niteliklerine Uygunluğunun Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Manzum, Arapça "nazm" kökünden türemiş; şiir biçiminde yazılmış, düzenli, muntazam anlamlarına gelmektedir. Edebiyatta kullanılan nazım ise ölçülü, uyaklı şiirin genel adıdır. Bir şiirin manzum metin sayılabilmesi için vezin, kafiye ve redif gibi özellikleri bünyesinde barındırması gerekmektedir. Ama bu özelliklere sahip olması iyi bir manzum metin için yeterli değildir. İyi bir manzum metnin hem içerik hem de biçim olarak bazı özellikleri taşıması gerekmektedir.Bu çalışmada amaç, şiirin ilköğretimdeki durumunu irdelemek ve Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki (7. ve 8.sınıflar) manzum metinlerin yazınsal nitelik açısından, metin niteliklerine uygunluğunu incelemektir. Tarama niteliğinde olup, alanyazın taraması ve inceleme yoluyla yapılan bu çalışmanın evreni, 2018–2019 eğitim ve öğretim yılında okutulan 7. ve 8.sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki manzum metinlerdir. Örneklem ise Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından üç ve özel bir yayınevi tarafından yayımlanmış bir kitap olmak üzere toplam 4 adet 7. ve 8.sınıflara ait Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki manzum metinleri kapsamaktadır. Metinlerin değerlendirilmesinde yazınsal nitelik açısından belirlenmiş olan, 'âhenk', 'imgesel özellikler', 'yazınsal özerklik' ve 'çocuğa görelik' ölçütleri kullanılmıştır.Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda, 7. ve 8.sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarında, toplamda 26 manzum metnin kullanıldığı tespit edilmiş ve ölçütler ışığında yapılan değerlendirmede bu manzum metinlerin 15 tanesinin 'iyi' düzeyde, 10 şiirin 'orta', 1 şiirin ise 'zayıf' düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yüzdelik ifadesiyle incelenen 26 şiirin %57,69'u 'iyi', %38,46'sı 'orta' ve %3,84'ü 'zayıf'düzeydedir. Bu durum, Türkçe ders kitapları hazırlanırken manzum metinlerin seçiminde gerekli özenin gösterilmediğini gözler önüne sermektedir. Öğrencilerin çok erken yaşlarda gerçek sanat ürünleriyle karşılaşması hem edebiyatımız açısından hem de sorumluluklarını bilen, hassas bir gelecek yetiştirmek açısından oldukça önemlidir. İncelemelerimiz sonucunda çıkan bu olumsuz sonuçlar, şiire bir sanat olarak bakılmasının sadece sözde kaldığının bir delilidir.Çalışmamızda Türkçe ders kitaplarında kullanılması gerektiğini düşündüğümüz manzum metinlere de yer verilmiştir. The verse is derived from the Arabic "nazm" root; written in the form of poetry, regular, meansregular. The verse used in literature is the general name of restrained, rhyming poetry. To consider a poem as verse text , it must contain features such as meter, rhyme and redif. But having these features is not enough for a good verse text. A good verse text should have some features, both in content and form. The aim of this study is to examine the status of poetry in primary education and to examine the appropriateness of verse texts in Turkish textbooks (7th and 8th grades) in terms of literary quality and text qualities. The universe of this study, which is a screening and conducted through literature review and analysis, is the verse texts in the 7th and 8th grade Turkish textbooks taught in the 2018-2019 academic year. The sample consists of three verses in Turkish textbooks belonging to 7th and 8th grades, three of which are published by the Ministry of National Education and one published by a private publishing house. In the evaluation of the texts, the criteria of harmony ',' imaginary features ', sal literary autonomy' and relative to the child were used. As a result of the evaluation, it was identified that a total of 26 verse texts were used in the 7th and 8th grade Turkish textbooks, and 15 of these verse texts were 'good', 10 poems were 'medium' and 1 poem was 'weak' were detected. Of the 26 poems analyzed in percentage terms, 57.69% were 'good', 38.46% were 'moderate' and 3.84% were 'unqualified'. This situation shows that the necessary care has not been taken in the selection of verse texts while preparing Turkish textbooks. It is very important for students to experience real art products at a very early age both in terms of our literature and in terms of raising a sensitive future that knows their responsibilities. These negative results of our investigations are proof that poetry is regarded as an only art. In this study, verse texts which we think should be used in Turkish textbooks are also included.
