Geleneksel Türk tiyatrosunda toplumsal cinsiyet

Abstract

Geleneksel Türk tiyatrosunda toplumsal cinsiyet konusu, Türk toplumunda kadının tanımlanış ve algılanış biçimine ışık tutması amacıyla ele alınmış bir konudur. Türk toplumu içerisinde kadının yeri, önemi, aile ve sosyal hayata katkısı bağlamında çeşitli görüşlerin olduğu görülmektedir. Ortaya atılan bu görüşlerin doğduğu noktalara değinmenin, gelecekte konu bağlamında gerçekleştirilecek olan çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Türklerin geleneksel görüşünde kutsal ve kıymetli olan kadınların, tarihi süreç içerisinde tanımlanış biçiminde değişiklik olduğu görülmektedir. Tanımlamalardaki bu değişimlerin kültür ve inanç yapısından kaynaklı değişimler olduğu açıktır. Çalışmanın ana temasını toplumsal cinsiyet kavramı oluşturmaktadır. Biyolojik cinsiyetten farklı olarak toplumsal cinsiyet kavramı, kişilerin toplum içerisinde üstlenmiş oldukları rol ve sorumluluklar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu anlamda ele alınan çalışma metin merkezli bir çalışma olarak devam edecektir. Çalışmanın metin merkezli olmasının nedeni geleneğin günümüzde icra ortamının sınırlı olması ve icrasının tam anlamıyla gerçekleştirilememesidir. Bu nedenle çalışma elde edilen metinler üzerinden literatür taraması ışığında sürdürülecektir. Tez dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Belirlenen bölümler; "Türk Kültüründe Kadın Konusunun Halk Bilimi Bağlamında Değerlendirilmesi", "Sözlü Anlatılarda Kadın", "Geleneksel Türk Tiyatrosunda Kadın Tipleri", "Geleneksel Türk Tiyatrosunda Toplumsal Cinsiyet" şeklinde konu bağlamında yer alan alt başlıklarıyla ilerlemektedir. Sonuç kısmında geleneksel Türk tiyatrosunda yer alan kadın tiplerinin ele alınış biçimi kültürel bağlamda değerlendirilerek oyunlardaki mizahi yönü destekleyen unsurlar olması açısından da ele alınmıştır. Geleneksel Türk tiyatrosu bağlamında kadınların en çok zenne tipi olarak gözler önüne serildiği görülmektedir. Bu anlamda hafifmeşrep, vurdumduymaz ve şirret gibi çeşitli yakıştırmalar atfedilen kadınlara, geleneksel Türk tiyatrosunun seyirlik türlerinin hemen hemen hepsinde rastlandığı görülmektedir. Konuyla ilgili 30 hikâyeye ulaşılarak bahsi geçen hikâyelerin bazılarının metnine bazılarının olay örgüsüne değinilerek konu bağlamında değerlendirilmiştir.

The issue of gender in traditional Turkish Theatre is an issue that has been discussed in order to shed light on the way women are defined and perceived in Turkish society. It is seen that there are various opinions within Turkish society in the context of the place, importance and contribution of women to family and social life. It is thought that addressing the birthplaces of these opinions will contribute to the studies to be carried out in the context of the subject in the future. It is seen that there has been a change in the way women, who are sacred and precious in the traditional view of Turks, are defined in the historical process. It is clear that these changes in definitions are due to changes in culture and belief structure. The main theme of the study is the concept of gender. Unlike biological sex, the concept of gender comes across as the roles and responsibilities that people take on in society. In this sense, the study discussed will continue as a text-centered study. The reason why the work is textcentric is that the current performance environment of the tradition is limited and its execution cannot be fully realized. Therefore, studies will be carried out in the light of literature review through the obtained texts. The thesis consists of four parts. Designated sections; It proceeds with subtitles in the context of " Evaluation of Women's Subject in Turkish Culture in the Context of Folk Science ", "Women in Oral Narratives", "Women's Genres in Traditional Turkish Theatre", "Gender in Traditional Turkish Theatre". In the conclusion section, it is also discussed in terms of the way women's types are handled in a cultural context in traditional Turkish theatre and the elements that support the humorous aspect of the plays. In the context of traditional Turkish theatre, it is seen that women are most commonly exposed as zenne types. In this sense; It is seen that women attributed to various descriptions such as shameless, reckless and bitchy are found in almost all forms of traditional Turkish theatre. 30 stories on the subject were reached and some of these stories were evaluated in the context of the subject by mentioning the text of some of them and the events of some of them.
