Yeni Avrupa dilleri ortak çerçeve metnindeki çevrimiçi etkileşim betimleyicilerinin yabancılara Türkçe öğretimine etkileri /

Abstract

Türkçenin yabancılara öğretimi günümüzde önemi giderek anlaşılan bir alan olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi; değişen dünya, küreselleşme, çok dilli insan yetiştirme gibi pek çok nedenden dolayı ilgi görmeye başlamıştır. Türkçenin öğretilmesi alanında yapılan çalışmalarda Avrupa Dilleri Ortak Çerçeve Metni kılavuz alınmaktadır. Avrupa Dilleri Ortak Çerçeve Metni, yabancı dil öğretiminde evrenselliği yakalayabilmek ve ortak ölçütler bağlamında dil öğretimini gerçekleştirebilmek adına oluşturulmuş uluslararası bir standarttır. Bu çalışmada yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılmak üzere Avrupa Ortak Çerçeve Metnine uygun bir site tasarlanıp, Web sitesindeki etkinlikleri öğrencilere uygulayarak öğrencilerin etkinliklere verdikleri cevaplardan elde edilen verilerle çevrimiçi etkileşim betimleyicilerinin yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde etkilerini tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, alan yazın incelemesi yapıldıktan sonra uzmanlara kazanımlar belirlenerek bir web yazılımı geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma iki aşamadan oluşmuştur. Birinci aşamada araştırmanın tasarımı yapılmış, ikinci aşamada ise öğrencilere oyunlar uygulanarak elde edilen veriler incelenmiştir. Bu uygulama ERSEM'de öğrenim gören 20 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler sonucunda öğrencilerin çoğunluğunun kazanımlara ulaştığı ve çevrimiçi etkileşimin yabancılara Türkçe öğretimine olumlu katkı sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The teaching of Turkish to foreigners is seen as an area that becomes increasingly important at the present day. The teaching of Turkish to foreigners which is neglected area of Turkish language for many years started to attract attention for many reasons such as changing world, globalizatin and education of multilingual people. In the studies carried out in the field of teaching Turkish, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is taken as a guide. CEFR is an international standard created in order to achieve universality in foreign language teaching and to realize language teaching in the context of common criteria. In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of online interaction descriptors on teaching Turkish to foreigners with the data obtained from the answers given by the students to the activities by designing a site in accordance with the CEFR for use in teaching Turkish as a foreign language and applying the activities on the website to the students. Within the scope of the study, after the literature review, a web software was developed by determining the gains for the experts. The research consisted of two stages. In the first stage, the design of the research was made, and in the second stage, the data obtained by applying the games to the students were examined. This application was applied to 20 students studying at ERSEM. As a result of the data obtained, it was concluded that the majority of the students achieved the achievements and that online interaction contributed positively to teaching Turkish to foreigners.
