Endüstri 4.0 sürecinin eğitim sistemine yansımaları; Türkiye örneği

Abstract

Endüstri 4.0 süreci üretimde dijitalleşmeyi farklı bir seviyeye taşımış yapay zeka, robot teknolojisi, nesnelerin interneti, akıllı cihaz teknolojileri gibi birçok yeni unsuru sanayi altyapısına entegre ederek yeni bir süreç başlatmıştır. Bu süreç, yeni mesleklerin ortaya çıkmasına ve yeni becerilerle donatılmış insanların yetiştirilmesine ihtiyaç doğurmuştur. Endüstri 4.0 sürecinin hızlı ve köklü değişiklikleri toplumsal tabakaya yayılırken gelecek nesilleri bu yeni sürece hazırlamak ülkelerin önemli politikaları arasına girmiştir. Geleceğin meslekleri ve 21. yüzyıl becerilerine hazırlık için kuşkusuz eğitim sistemleri en önemli yapıtaşlarından biridir. Bu çalışma,Türkiye örneği kapsamında, Endüstri 4.0 sürecinin eğitime olan yansımalarına odaklanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışma, "Türk Milli Eğitim Sistemi, Endüstri 4.0 devrine nasıl bir uyumsüreci yürütmektedir?" sorusunuyanıtlamaya çalışmaktadır. Bu kapsamda Türk Milli Eğitim sistemindeulusal bir genelçerçevenin çizildiği, örgün ve yaygın öğretim programlarında,Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB)tarafından organize edilen müfredat dışı etkinliklerinde ve fiziki ortamların şekillenmesinde Endüstri 4.0 için uyum çalışmaları yürütüldüğü ortaya konmuştur. Endüstri 4.0 sürecine yönelik kazanımları ön plana çıkaran bu çalışmaların, bulgular eşliğinde, nitelik ve nicelik yönünden gelişime açık olduğu değerlendirilmiştir. Industry 4.0 process has brought digitalization to a different level in production and has started a new process by integrating many new elements such as artificial intelligence, robot technology, internet of things, smart device technologies into the industrial infrastructure. This process led to the emergence of new professions and the need for training human resources equipped with new skills. While the rapid and radical changes of the Industry 4.0 process spread to the social strata, preparing the next generations to this new process has become one of the important policies of the countries. Undoubtedly, education systems are one of the most important building blocks for future professions and for the 21st century skills. This study, with the case study of Turkey, focuses on the reflections of industry 4.0 process on education system. In this context, the study tries to answer the question: "How does the Turkish National Education System carry out an adaptation process for the Industry 4.0 era?". In this context, this study argues that Turkish National Education System has formulized a general national framework for adapting the Industry 4.0 process, and made efforts in the current curricula both in formal and non-formal education programs; in extra-curricular activities organized by the Ministry of National Education,andin revising thephysical environmentsfor education. All of these points, which indicate the gains for the Industry 4.0 process, in the light of the findings, seem to be open for improvement in terms of quality and quantity.
