Resimli Mecmua; içeriği, değerlendirilmesi ve döneme bakış

Abstract

Mart 1925 – Haziran 1928 yılları arasında yayımlanan Resimli Mecmua dönemin önemli yayınlarından biridir. Milli mücadelenin zaferle sonuçlanmasının ardından Anadolu'da başta büyük şehirlerde olmak üzere birçok gazete ve mecmuanın basın ve yayın hayatına başladığını görmekteyiz. Bu dönemde okuyucularıyla buluşan yayınlardan biri de Resimli Mecmua'dır. Onbeş günde bir çıkan mecmua hedef kitle olarak mekteplileri ve genç kesimi seçmiş olsa da sahip olduğu konu çeşitliliği ve ilgi çekici yazılarıyla birçok kesim tarafından takip edilmiştir. Mecmua, özellikle mektepliler arasında yoğun olarak takip edilmiştir. Çünkü Mecmua, "En sevdiğiniz iki şey nedir?" adlı bir anket yapmış ve bu ankete öğrenciler yoğun bir iştirak göstermişler. Ayrıca mecmuanın başka sayılarında yaptığı yazı müsabakalarına gerek öğrenciler gerekse okuyucular farklı illerden katılım göstermişler. Mecmuaya yoğun ilginin gösterildiğini yine bulmaca ve aramaca sayfalarından görebiliriz. Özellikle ödüllü bilmece ve bulmacalara her kesimden okuyucunun yoğun talebiyle karşılaştığını söyleyebiliriz. Mecmuanın ilgiyle izlenmesinin bir başka nedeni de mekteplerde gerçekleşen spor, izcilik ve yılsonu müsamerelerine yer vermesidir. Mecmua, bilhassa spor ve izcilik faaliyetlerine ayrı bir önem vermiştir. Bu amaçla birçok sayıda spor ve izcilik ile ilgili yazı ve resimlere yer vermiştir.

We understand that a lot of newspaper and periodical were published in Anatolia especially in big cities. In this term, one of the publications which met the readers needs, was Resimli Mecmua. Although this periodical, which was published bimonthly, chose the students and the youngs as readers, it was read a lot of variety of people because of its various topics and interestings article. The Mecmua was read intensively by students. Because The Mecmua made a questionnaire "What is the two things you like most?" and students took part in this questionnaire densely. Moreover, both students and readers took part in writing competitions from different cities. We can see the dense interest of this periodical from the puzzle and crossword pages. Especially, we can say that award-winning puzzle and crosswords took attentions every kind of people. Another reason of the dense interest of the periodical was to mention about spart, scouting, and special event which is done at the end of the year. The Periodical attracted importance to sport and scouting actions. It refered a lot of publications and sport pictures and about scouting.
