Sosyal medya uygulaması trıpadvısor üzerinden Kapadokya'nın somut kültürel miras alanları ile ilgili olumsuz görüşlerin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, gezginlerin bir sosyal medya platformu olan TripAdvisor üzerinden yaptıkları olumsuz yorumların incelenmesidir. Bununla beraber gezginlerin paylaşımlarıyla ilgi alanları benzerlik taşıyan potansiyel gezginler ve turistik bölge yöneticileri içinde bir tavsiye niteliği taşımaktadır. Bu amaç neticesinde Nevşehir'deki somut kültürel miraslara yönelik TripAdvisor sitesinde yapılan olumsuz yorumlar analiz edilerek irdelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre gezginlerin Nevşehir'deki kültürel miraslara olumsuz yorumları 5 kategoride toplanmıştır. Bu kategoriler: Çevre ile ilgili sorunlar, fiziksel alan ile ilgili sorunlar, ücret ile ilgili sorunlar, yönetim ile ilgili sorunlar, rehber ile ilgili sorunlardır. Gezginlerin en fazla yorum yaptığı kategori yönetim ile ilgili sorunlardır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular, gezginlerin bölgeyi daha iyi kavramaları ile yetinmeyerek aynı anda gezginlerin bilgi üreterek potansiyel gezginlere yol göstermesi açısından bir referans olacaktır ve bu konuda çalışacak olan araştırmalara da yol gösterecektir.

The aim of the research is to examine the negative comments made by travelers on TripAdvisor, a social media platform. However, it is a recommendation for potential travelers and touristic region managers who share similar interests with what travelers share. As a result of this purpose, the negative comments made on the TripAdvisor website about the tangible cultural heritage in Nevşehir were analyzed and examined. According to the results of the research, the negative comments of the travelers on the cultural heritage in Nevşehir were collected in 5 categories. These categories are: environmental issues, physical space issues, wage issues, management issues, and guide issues. The category with the most comments by travelers is management related issues. The findings obtained in the study will not only be satisfied with the travelers' better understanding of the region, but also will be a reference in terms of guiding potential travelers by producing information and will also guide the researches that will work on this subject.
