E-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi hakkında lise öğrenci velilerinin görüşleri ve kullanım düzeyleri: Niğde ili örneği

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, öğrencisi mesleki ve teknik Anadolu lisesi türünde okullara giden veliler ile öğrencisi Anadolu lisesi türünde okullara giden velilerin e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi'ne ilişkin görüşlerini, kullanım düzeylerini ve kullanım farklılıklarını belirlemektir. Bu amaçla, velilerin e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi hakkındaki görüşleri, kullanım düzeyleri, ilişki yapısı ve farklılıkları belirlemek için veri toplama aracı olan anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Araştırmada tabakalı rasgele örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Niğde il merkezindeki liselerde öğrencisi bulunan 993 veli oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya Anadolu lisesi türünde 2 okul, mesleki ve teknik Anadolu lisesi türünde 2 okul dâhil edilmiştir. Anketten elde edilen veriler SPSS 23.0 paket programına aktarılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde ki-kare testi, bağımsız örneklem t testi, normallik testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda genel olarak ulaşılan sonuç şudur: öğrencisi mesleki ve teknik Anadolu lisesi türünde okullara giden veliler, öğrencisi Anadolu lisesi türünde okullara giden velilere kıyasla, e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemine daha sık giriş yapmakta ve öğrencisini daha çok takip etme ihtiyacı hissetmektedir. Kurum türü fark etmeksizin tüm veliler e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi'nin gerekli ve yararlı olduğu konusunda hemfikirdirler. Veliler e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi'nin tasarımı ve içeriği hakkında olumlu düşüncelere sahip olup, sistemin okul-veli arası iletişimi güçlendirdiği düşünmektedirler. Ayrıca veliler, içinde eğitim yöneticilerinin, öğretmenlerin, öğrencilerin ve velilerin olduğu ve çok büyük bir kitleye hitap eden e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi'nin verimliğinin ve etkinliğinin yeni eklentilerle artırılması konusunda görüş bildirmişlerdir. e-Okul Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi'nin velilere tanıtılması ve kullanım oranının artırılmasında okul idarelerine büyük görevler düşmektedir.

The main purpose of this research was to determine the views, usage levels and usage differences of parents whose children are students at vocational and technical Anatolian high schools and Anatolian high schools about e-School Parents Information System. Data were collected through a questionnaire to determine parents' views, usage levels, modes of relationship and usage differences about e-School Parents Information System. Stratified random sampling was used in this research. The goal population of the study consisted of 993 parents whose children are students at high schools in Niğde city center. Two Anatolian high schools and two vocational and technical Anatolian high schools were included in this study. Data collected through the questionnaire were analyzed by using SPSS 23.0 software. Chi-square test, independent samples t test, normality test, one-way analysis of variance test, descriptive statistics were used to analyze data. The analyses revealed that parents whose children are students at vocational and technical Anatolian high schools sign in e-School Parents Information System more often and feel the need to follow their children more compared to parents whose children are students at Anatolian high schools. Regardless of institution, all parents agree that e-School Parents Information System is necessary and useful. Parents have positive opinion of the design and content of e-School Parents Information System and they think that the system strengthens the communication between school and parents. Moreover, parents think that productivity and effectiveness of e-School Parents Information System that includes administrators, teachers, students and parents and that appeals to large mass need to be increased with new add-ons. School administrators take a great role in the introduction and increase of the usage rate of e-School Parents Information System.
