Entelektüel sermayenin işletme performansı üzerine etkisi: Nevşehir ili örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, entelektüel sermayenin işletme performansı üzerindeki etkisini analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Nevşehir il ve ilçelerinde faaliyet gösteren kamu ve özel bankalardaki yönetici konumunda bulunan 110 yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Entelektüel sermayenin işletme performansı üzerindeki etkilerini ortaya çıkarmak için basit regresyon ve çoklu regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; entelektüel sermayenin işletme performansı üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde, entelektüel sermayenin yapısal sermaye ve müşteri sermayesi boyutlarının işletme performansının sübjektif performans boyutu üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı etkiye sahip olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Ancak, entelektüel sermayenin insan sermayesi boyutunun işletme performansının sübjektif performans üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Diğer yandan, entelektüel sermayenin boyutları olan insan sermayesi, yapısal sermaye ve müşteri sermayesinin işletme performansının objektif performans boyutu üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı da araştırma bulguları arasında yer almaktadır. Son olarak çalışmanın bazı kısıtlarına yer verilmiş ve gelecekte araştırma yapacaklara bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of intellectual capital on business performance. The sample of the study consisted of 110 manager in manager position in public and private banks in Nevşehir province and districts. Simple regression and multiple regression analysis were performed to reveal the effects of intellectual capital on the business performance. According to the research results; It has been determined that intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on businees performance. Similarly, it has been shown that the structural capital and cusmoter capital dimensions of intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on the business performance of the subjective performance dimension. However, it has been determined that the business performance of the human capital dimension of intellectual capital does not have a significant effect on subjective performance. On the other hand, it is also among the research findings that human capital, structural capital and customer capital, which are the dimensions of intellectual capital, have no significant effect on the objective performance of the business performance. Finally, some limitations of the study are given and some suggestions have been made to the future researchers.
